Your order is dispatched only upon receipt of the total amount.

Please make the transfer within 3 days, then your order is automatically canceled.

Package tracking is available on your customer account and shipping email. Click on the tracking number starting by CUB...

Check it regularly to know the exact delivery date. You may also find the pick-up point address (in case of absence).

If delay is greater than 7 days, please contact the customer service to file a claim with the carrier.

A package can be returned to us if:
- the delivery address is incomplete or contains errors
- the pick-up deadline has expired.
- you declined the delivery

In this case, a refund is made upon receipt of the package, less the return costs.
Please place a new order if necessary.

International (countries outside the European Union) returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to restocking fee (20% of the total amount) which will be deducted from the refund amount.

- You can return all types of products ( except socks) in their original state (neither damaged, washed, modified or worn).
- You have 30 days to return your package (from reception to deposit).
- A prepaid return label makes returns easier from France and most European countries. If using it, a flate rate is deducted from your refund
- Refund is made within 7 days (no exchange).

The prepaid return label is available for all countries (except Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Latvia).

Each returned product must be in its original condition, with label and packaging. Add your order number on a paper.
Use a cardboard box or mailing bag. You can choose a packaging already used, but hide old labels or texts.

If you use the return label, stick it on the packaging and drop off the package without paying.
